Do You Ship Internationally?
Our automated cart currently process orders within Australia, New Zealand, the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. However not all products can be shipped due to custom regulations. Please see the individual product descriptions for any shipping restrictions. If you order an item that we can not ship to your country we will credit your in-store account for the item cost. If you are after shipping to another country not listed here, please contact us directly and we can check custom regulations as well as postage costs for you.
What Are Your Shipping Costs?
Shipping is automatically calculated by Australia Post at the checkout based on weight and the delivery address. We do not charge for packaging.
How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
We post off orders Monday to Friday, excluding Australian National Public Holidays the State of Victoria and Bendigo public holidays. After receiving payment for your order as cleared funds, orders are posted on the next business day. How long your order takes to reach you, or the receiver depends on how your payment is processed and the type of products you have ordered. If an item is on back-order, we will combine your order as one parcel and ship it to you once all items for your order are ready to go.
Please note due that due to COVID-19 there are delays with Australia Post delivery times. This is out of our control and we will endeavour to provide you with a tracking number once your order is shipped so you can keep track of your delivery. Express Post, whilst not overnight, is still the quickest way to to get any order delivered to you.
To receive your order by Christmas 2020, Australia Post recommends posting orders to the USA and UK by the 16th of November and orders within Australia no later than 12th December for Standard Parcel Post. For Express Post orders the cut off date is 19th December.
Any files relating to your digital products are generally made available for download immediately. We recommend purchasing digital products in a separate order to physical products for ease of download. Please check the individual product information page for the formats available of a specific product.
Which methods of payment do you accept?
You can pay using PayPal as well as Visa and MasterCard Credit and Debit Cards. All payments are processed on secure servers utilising the latest SSL technology. No credit card information is stored on the website as we utilise third party secure servers, such as those provided by Stripe and PayPal, to process your payment. Australian residents can also pay in four easy, interest free payments with Afterpay available for all product purchases.
What is your returns policy?
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchases.
Any product purchased from Ravens Divine, either online, through a market stall, event and/or from our premises, may be returned within the first 14 days (with return postage paid by yourself). Your refund may be in the form of either store credit, partial or full refund and/or we may also send to you a replacement product upon confirmation of an item being damaged.
